I. General Overview:
This monitor considering the old fashioned CRT monitors is considered one of the best. It is cheap in price, has great functionalities and very good image quality. Its resolution can reach up to 1280x1024. Also its front buttons panel include many other functionalities beside the regulars as the brightness and the contrast.
II. Key features:
1. Plug'n'Play Compatibility 2. Flicker-free image as it supports high refresh rates up to 85Hz 3. Large Viewable Screen (40.5cm) or 15.9inch larger than many other 17 inchmonitors 4. Icludes iScreen or Intelligent Screen Tech to adjust your screen with the buttons panel on the monitor itself
III. User Panel Buttons Exit: returns to last page or saves or quits the current menu < : adjusts the parameter setting to lower value or adjust the contrast > : adjust to higher value or adjust the brightness Enter: select items or enter into submenus Power: simply the power button
IV. Functions of the User Panel Buttons: 1. Luminace 2. Geometry 3. Color Adjustment 4. Preset Settings 5. Degauss 6. Miscellaneous
Note: The monitor can operate in multiple languages: Deutsch, Francais, English, Italiano, Espanol, and Japanese (not in all monitors)
V. Problems:
High on power consumption 100W
Driver is not availabe, you have to search for it
Acer company (benq now i think) didnt include that much support for this monitor or its the company policy, i just don't know.
