* Acer company (benq now i think) didnt include that much support for this monitor or its the company policy, i just don't know. ...

One of the problems with this monitor is its size and weight. It really does weigh at ton. I think all Acers on the whole are very heavy. It is also very large at the back
This might be a problem for some people who like to shift their PC around or who do not have much space on their desk or table.
If you work within average limitations then this is the ideal monitor mainly due to its price. If you need advanced graphics display’s then I think you had better pay a bit more and go for another monitor.
