A bright 15.4 inch screen, huge hard disk, and seemingly unlimited levels of memory make this a great home laptop, this to me seems where it is best suited rather than as a business notebook. Its reasonable if not good price make this centrino laptop a very good choice.

While i wouldn't say its likely to fall apart, this laptop isn't one i would fancy dropping down the stairs. After days the incredibly glossy rear screen was scratched and lead me to buying ...
Advantages: ram, processor speed, design, screen, price Disadvantages: none so far
for most people.
It has a built in webcam too which gives quite a good picture.
The mouse could be better, it goes a little mental at times but nothing to worry about and it does its job.
The keyboard is fine and easy to use. Battery life is not fantastic, mine lasts about 2.5 hours.
Its lightweight too. Though a largish laptop, its quite portable due to its weight.
What I also like is its fast start up and turn off. Very nice. Its easy to use too. Vista runs smoothly.
The machine cost me £379 at PC world, refurbished. I couldnt have got better for the price and specifications given. You wont find 4 gb RAM and core due 2 processor with 250gb hard disk at this price. I dare you to try. Maybe in a few years.
Very pleased with what I found.
Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit, Sp1)

Advantages: Small, lightweight, great performer. Can handle some 3D games. Disadvantages: None for the Netbook, but Linux version is rubbish.
, well it's entirely up to you. The memory just now is cheap but the procedure and the way the current memory is installed may put you off. Although 1GB is installed, its actually 2 x 512 MB. One chip is installed in the only slot and the other is permanently soldered to the board. The maximum memory supported in the slot is 1 GB. So the maximum memory would be 1.5 GB. The process of installing more memory isn't as easy as a conventional laptop as you have to take the keyboard off and remove the hard drive. There are many videos on Youtube showing this. Is it worth all the hassle for only 512 MB while in the process wasting another 512 MB? That would be up to you.
In Conclusion
For a portable netbook the Acer A150 performs very well and should rightfully always be regarded as a netbook. Other reviews seem to slate its performance ...
