Robustness: I have had this product for a number of years now and I yet here i am right a review on it using while i'm babysitting. It is extremely rugged and still goes strong today. I have used it for gaming in the past and have maxed out the hard drive capacity many times. This product has been dropped, punched, stood on and much more and I have never had any serious problems. The charge last for about an hour but that is with the same battery for about 3+ years and it being constantly charged and drained and then I left it unused for a year. On the other hand I am still using the same charger as went I purchased it. This has surprised me as in the time i have had mine my brother and sister have had two laptops and been through endless amount of chargers. Overall I enjoy using it, it easy and simple to use. It has a crystal eye webcam, which gives a clear and precise image every time. After this long time it show very little sign of damage or wear and will probably serve me many years to come.
Speed: The most amazing thing is how quickly it still loads up just as good as windows 7 7 second load up time. After loading up it continues to run smoothly. It does have some signs of age as if you overload it with demands it can freeze the the explorer but as soon as it restarts explorer its away again.
Looks: The Acer has a very nice glass like exterior but when you upon it up it looks old and out dated. On the other hand it sits comfortably in your lap or on a desk. Also it has a good wrist support and nice feel to the keys. The mouse pad was responsive when I got the laptop originally but now it has some issues of freezing or randomly clicking on things at the most inappropriate times.
Value for money: Overall I think it was a good investment which is show by the many years it has lasted me.
