    Advantages Advantages Good sized, clear screen, full size keyboard, touch screen. Pre-installed Office 2010 trial.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Paying extra for MS Office Suite. Buying disks/ external harddrive to create backups.

    I was looking to upgrade my old laptop which had Windows XP, so I devised a wishlist of features. These were: the latest processor (i3) so that the laptop wouldn't date quickly, at least 4 GB of memory, a decent sized harddrive (though this could always be extended with the use of an external hard drive), a good sized screen (15.6) - and touch screen (wishful thinking). Ideally I wanted to spend under £400. I did my research and found the Acer Aspire 5745PG.
