A bright 15.4 inch screen, huge hard disk, and seemingly unlimited levels of memory make this a great home laptop, this to me seems where it is best suited rather than as a business notebook. Its reasonable if not good price make this centrino laptop a very good choice.

I LOVE my AcerAspire One. It is sooo easy to use, and reliable. I was a little concerned about using Linux rather than Windows, but there isn't much difference. Linux uses far less memory and is intuitive to use.
Memory can be upgraded easily with a micro SD card - I got an 8 Gb from Amazon for about £5 and just put in the slot on the side and Hey Presto 10Gb of memory!
I found the track pad a bit small so bought a Logitech wireless mouse (ARGOS) to use which made a big difference to how I can play games etc.
Internet connectivity is fast using a router. Start up to connection takes less than a minute, main home pc (windows xp)takes at least 5 minutes to boot up including anti virus etc, no such problems with acer. It doesn't seem to need antivirus software or firewalls etc. I have been using it for 7 months with absolutely no problems ...
some of the latest series from acer which has a simple design but a lot of interest among consumers, especially for businessmen who like the presentation and the general public, this design has good features but on the other hand there is little shortage of multimedia in terms of hardware is the lack of internal cd but do not worry the market are also available from external cd that can be used for this series.
