It is almost impossible to find any flaws regarding the specification of this laptop, it is impeccable. It has an extremely powerful processor with up to 4GB RAM... It has DDR2 RAM with 800MHz data bus speed. High data bus speed allows the system to perform faster; it also allows speedy data transfer. The cache memory (L2) is very impressive as well. It has 2 MB which facilitates the user to perform more tasks simultaneously.

The one I have used has got Intel core 2 duo T5800 processor with 2GHz processing speed. It is a relatively better core2duo processor from Intel accompanying it with a very helpful 2MB cache memory. It works better and faster compared to previous dual core processors. This laptop also came with 2GB RAM installed. Though, this laptop is capable of having 4 GB RAM at maximum and also supported by the processor. You can easily upgrade your RAM specification later by adding extra RAM at a cost. Always check the capability and ports of the laptop and motherboard before upgrading the RAM.. If this is something you are not sure about you can always consult with the shop assistant before upgrading the RAM specification.

It has a massive 250GB hard disk, which is more than enough for my needs. I am really satisfied with the storage amount of this laptop. Though, the hard disk was not divided into different drives. Later, I decided to divide the drives into different for the ease of access and use. In case my C drive is to crash, at least my important data and information may be safe in other drives.

The most amazing thing about Acer laptops that I like is their spacious and well laid out keyboards. The keyboard of this laptop is simply amazing it has a lot of additional keys, which are really easy to use; they are nice and soft to press and operate. There are some additional keys on both the right and left hand side of keyboard. These extra keys mainly help users to get quick access to media files and operate them. Also it helps the user to get to different web pages and operate them within a single touch of a button.

I was really happy to find that it also came complete with 512 MB graphics card. So literally no complaints about the performance, speed and multitasking. This is perfect for hard core gamers, web developers and extensive pc users.

It comes with a very helpful Acer bundled software. It is really helpful for a user to get all these useful software’s free with the laptop. Though, I was bit annoyed to find out that, both the security system and DVD player software is a trial version of 60 days, Still it’s free for 60 days. That is good enough for me. I later bought a Norton anti virus to protect my laptop.

You also have to consider one more known fact that, it is impossible for you to upgrade this laptop, because it's already on its peak specification. Almost every little extra benefit you would like to have in your laptop, this one has it all. For your enhanced security, there is also a fingerprint reader.

So, is there any limitation in this laptop? Well if you are too picky, then you will realize that this laptop is kind of heavy compared to other laptops currently on the market. It weighs almost three and a half kg, which is a huge setback. The outlook of the laptop is eye-catching but when you open it, it is quite spacious which feels kind of weird. It doesn't go with current laptop fashion. There are lots of extra keys on the keyboard, which I find kind of irritating.

Other than that, it is a great laptop considering every aspect a perfect all-rounder. If you are not an extreme fashion-conscious person, then it's the best laptop for you.
Cheers.

Nicely written review, although personally I still prefer my good old desktop to a laptop. Definitely a great sounding laptop.
