Acer is a major world leader in IT solutions and are now the third largest manufacturer of laptops worldwide. It's a great little device with plenty of features that I would highly recommend. This really is a wonderful piece of kit that should go well with many accessories because it really looks good. However, always think carefully as to whether you actually really need something before you buy it. We buy so many things nowadays that we don't really need.

I've had my Acer for nearly two years now and I'm on it right now, it's been great, only problem is you are right about the battery but like you I always had mine plugged in until I wanted it going away and found as I hadn't charged the battery and let it drain a few times it had died so I had to buy a new one, So you should let it charge and die a few times to keep the battery alive.
