I got myself this laptop computer last year . Although I personally already own a good wide screen normal sized laptop, I made a decision to buy this device because I was looking for something which could well be much simpler for traveling with. Initially I had been afraid that I might possibly be let down by this computer since netbooks are lacking many of the popular features of a common laptop. I purchased a DVD/RW+ drive which can be connectable via a USB cord from Wal-Mart to use with this particular netbook for about ï¿¡40 so that is no longer a serious issue for me. This netbook has a webcam attached to it. However the image quality is very poor unless you adjust the actual configuration settings on it. Even then it still is nowhere near as good as the factory one which came with an older Acer computer that I purchased years ago. 'microsoft Office' starter arrives preinstalled within this computer. I like the fact that I don't have to deal with getting trial computer software expiring on my own computer. The downside is that this softer severely limits functionality. I hate that there will always be ads displayed at any time when I am using Microsoft 'office' unless I pay to upgrade to the full version. The fact that the particular display size on my computer is definitely smalls makes this restriction much more restricting to me being a user. In addition, it frustrates me that there's absolutely no way that I can change or customize the wallpaper on the home screen of my laptop.

I really do like this computer although there are some things that I would enhance about it. The internal memory size it possesses is fairly adequate. I've got a large amount of music saved on my own computer and I have not had any memory problems or issues. This computer comes preloaded with security software that is garbage I believe and so I ended up downloading Microsoft Security Essentials. Based on my experience I would rate this computer an 8 out of ten. I think it is a great product considering its size and I love how portable it is. Just dont expect for it to get a lot more than two or three hours of battery life.
