Neat looking box, works... |

I bought this machine as refurbished by Acer from Dabs.com. After a couple of minor glitches the PC began to freeze and would not respond. Contacting Acer was difficult and best done by email but they take a day or so to reply. The PC was returned to Acer and they took a month to return the machine and then a few days later, i experinced the same fault and their response is the same, reload factory defaults. I have yet to get my machine working satisfactoruy but after exoperiencing their support I cannot recomend Acer. There was no manula with the machine and it is full of Acer add ons that may be contributing to the fault? One good this is that they have partitioned the HD so theretically your data is safe when they reload the OS.
