...time I have used it for a lot of typing. The touch pad is very sensitive and only needs a gentle touch to work. It also has a drive for things like your phone SD memory cards or camera memory cards which again very handy if like me forever taking pics of the kids with the phone... The multi screen use is very handy and I find it quite useful if you are trying to research stuff or do comparisons on things to buy etc (I forgot to say it has Acer Gridvista-Multi screen resolution Oops!) ...I received my Acer laptop a few weeks ago; I expected it to be quite good as I have had an Acer Aspire tower for the last 6 months now. The laptop comes with Windows Vista basic pre installed on it, along with a trail version of Microsoft Office 2007 and 3 months trial version of Norton's Anti Virus. You also get the full version of Microsoft Works that comes with Works Word Processor, Works Spreadsheet and Works Database. It did not come with a web cam but I do like the Acer Empowering Technology that come as standard on all Acer computers/Laptops, which include Acer Arcade, Acer Game Zone and an Acer Tour that shows you how to use the Empowering program. This model came with an Intel Celeron Processor 540 (1.8 Ghz), 80 GB Hard, DVD + RW Super multi writer, and 1GB DDR2 memory, the hard drive tends to be split into 2, your C: drive... Read review

Ace laptops by Acer, I have got an acer aspire 5315 laptop with an intel celeron processor, 64MB graphics, 512MB RAM, 15.4'' screen, 80GB hdd, built in wireless and a dvd super multi re-writer drive. It is very well designed when it comes to style with its acer pebble design and it is very dependable. I am very pleased with my laptop and what makes this all way better in my opinion is the price that you can buy acer laptops at. My laptop for example only costs around £300 in the shops and still is good enough to withstand all the stuff i do on it ranging from browsing the web to programming software in visual basic or visual c++ and even has proved itself well capable of playing games well which many computer gamers would never expect of a computer with only 64mb graphics and a proccessor that is not dual or quad as you can now...
