The sound quality is limited by the earphone, that misses the bass. A better quality earphone can help.
There is a single rotating pressing button on the device, that is not easy ... ...one should experience with it before using. A somewhat longer pressing would switch off the device. So as you switch it on (you must press lon time about 2 seconds) if you press it again a litlle bit longer you will switch off the device. So you can be in an infinite loop of on and off.
But if you do not press it long enough nothing will happen. You have to figure out the correct lenght of the pressing, to start playing the music.

The transfer of the files from a computer via USB is easy with Win XP, it automatically recognizes the device. You can take out the batteries, the upload goes without batteries, as USB provides sufficient power for that. The 128 MB memory is small, but it takes several minutes to fill it with files. Music files can be in subdirectories, and they can be played without problem. The device is somewhat bulky (2 AAA batteries), so it will not fit into a notebook. An attachment cable is provided to solve that problem. The LCD screen shows the status of the player, but most of the signs are hardly visible. Instructions are simple, they miss the finer details. The device was working without problem during the last two months. The real durability test requires more time.

when you up load music which is very easy and quick. The songs are played randamley which i think is good. The earphones are very loud.

you can record ... ...this means that you can record address and other important stuff.
plugs straight in to any ubs plug so you can change music any where you are.
When you plug the mp3 in you bring up windows player click on burn cd and change from cd to virtual player which is the mp3 then click on the files you want and transfer them.
when you play music and stop it it starts where you left off. you can hold the keys locked so nothing happens when it gets knocked.

I got my first mp3 player in November; I was looking around and wanted just to try it out without sending what little money I had, so this seemed like the perfect choice.
The first thing you notice about this little gadget is that you hardly know that you have it compared with a personal CD player. Also if you were using it while participating in sports it doesn't seem to jump.
Also a grate feature of this mp3 player is that you don't have to carry around a pocket full of CD or cartridges to get a variation in the music that you want to listen to. most of my friends have mp3 players that can hold stupid amounts like 300 songs, this one can hold about 16-17 songs on it and allow it doesn't seem much its enough to keep me happy for a phew hoers, after all I don't want to spend hoers skipping threw songs to find the one I want ...
