Advantages: lightweight ,does the job Disadvantages: poor build quality
...My two month old Acer n30 just died sat on my desk in it's proporta armoured case (this is a nice case). I returned it to expansys who returned it to Acer they said the reset button that is well recessed inside the case was damaged and therefore the warranty was void. This is nonsense.
This does not come with a cradle which is a great minus point, the cable is very flimsy and the metal contacts were bending before the thing died on me. I will say it ran the software I needed it to run although this was not very demanding. The machine is light weight and slim
So beware Acer n30s are liable to self destruct, or perhaps it is the build quality
my experience of reliability really does overshadow any plus points I can make...

Advantages: very reliable product Disadvantages: none
...Acer Aspire 3682 150 is a very reliable product amongst other Acer products. It is a user friendly control centre. It has DVD/CD - RW Combo. It also has a wireless LAN. It is a high efficiency antenna technology. It is Wireless Protocols compliant and has a comprehensive multimedia suite. The Acer eManager provides ePresentation, eRecovery and eSettings. It suites Microsoft platforms and others alike. It has soft keyboard and easy to move mouse. It is very durable and dependable. You can easily use the internet explorer browser, media players, digital imaging. It gives opportunity to install updates and prompts you when there's need for it. Its an office in a laptop as i am able to do practically anything on it. It is slightly expensive but its worth the value. The speed is good and it has a high memory capacity. Its easy to carry...

Advantages: Cool with style, technology, user friendly with easy understanding Disadvantages: Sensitive touch buttons, overweight,
...I purchased my Acer Aspire 5920G from Comet. So much for cutting prices. The laptop itself is cool, it's fairly fast, easy to use and really portable. The 15.4" inch screen is the perfect size. The laptop comes with the useful Acer Empowering software. Highly recommended laptop, the only problems I have had is with the sometimes buggy Vista. The keyboard isn't the best but I haven't had any problems with it. the touch sensitive media buttons on the right of the keyboard are too sensitive and i often end up touching them and opening the program by mistake. the Acer is fitted with superfast wireless with the inclusion of 802.11n. It also has a card reader and a camera. The laptop is great, lots of features, Acer have really pushed the boat out on this. A lot of people have been critical of the styling however I find it quite refreshing....
