Advantages: Great experience, horizon-broadening. Disadvantages: Perhaps food, but there were plenty of other places to eat.

Acorn placed each student in a business in the town so that they could get language experience working there. To be honest, I did very little work where I ... ...to the customers, and learnt a few words that I probably shouldn't have! I would recommend this company to any student studying a language for A level. The work was inportant, of course, but I made some very good friends from the group was there and had a wonderful time.

To be honest, I did very little work where I was placed but I got lots of language experience chating to the customers, and learnt a few words that I probably shouldn't have! I would recommend this company to any student studying a language for A level. The work was inportant, of course, but I made some very good friends from the group was there and had a wonderful time.
