I bought this TV from Argos. I believe they have now removed the TV from stores. I bought the TV for only £199 which was on offer and it was on offer for a good reason. Many people say the TV turns itself off on its own. Well I too had the same problem but only when you turn off the TV from the remote. When you then turn the TV back on , after 2 mins it will turn off again. So you have to turn the TV off at the back for this problem to go away. Not very good hey. As for the quality of the TV, it's very good. The screen picture is nice and crisp. The sound is great too apart from when the volume is very high. It has a built in free view reciever which is standard. There are 2 scarts on the back and the size and overal look is nice. The TV is HD ready. I would be very cautious when choosing this TV as the problems with mine and others may be a part of your TV also. Good luck!

I also bought this tv in 2007 october mine switches off and on itself and now the colour runs on the screen all red which means you cannot watch the tv.we did not take out the warranty as we did not have the money but we thought it would last for more than 13 months.

I bought this TV new on Ebay, after about 3 weeks the colour started to go wrong, dark items appeared red. I have had the set less than 3 months now and it has gone completely wrong, all colours on the screen are now fluorescent. Having been way too trustworthy and buying it in good faith from an, obviously, less than reputable seller I am now stuck with this worthless piece of equipment. All I can say is BEWARE of Acoustic Solutions goods!
