An absolutely great movie. This movie was awesome from the word go. It's got a very atmospheric feel and all the characters in the film are great. The film is made up of a few short stories kinda like pulp fiction. It's a very graphic and violent movie based on the underworld and its comic book picturisation creates a great atmosphere. Advantages: Superbly shot, great casting

I have to admit, i was absolutely gutted when this came out. I'd just spent a small fortune on the boxset. On the other hand, I was chuffed to bits, sharpe was back! It'd been a long time since Sean Bean had donned that uniform, and it shows - though it fits in perfectly with the storyline.
