 The lord of the rings: the two towers

Advantages: acting, story, action packed
Disadvantages: duration of three hours
...of visual effects and acting, the fact that there are some fairly unknown actors playing some major roles helps with the fantasy feeling like a reality. if you've read the books then yyou maybe disappointed by the film as obviously there are bits that had to be missed out in order to cut the running time, if this is a major problem then i'd recommend you look into purchasing the extended edition. however if you havent read the books then this film ...
...film because of the action packed nature of it but girls there are plenty of advantages to the mainly male cast. this is not a film for you if you prefer short and snappy films as the running time is nearing 3 hours i believe. If you like the first film (the fellowship of the ring) then you'll love this one all the more if not for the story but for the battle at helms deep. it is worth seeing just for that!

A real treasure.

Advantages: Graphics and story line
Disadvantages: wasn't long enough
...enough to keep me on the edge of my seat in theatre and at home. The acters did a fantastic Job portraying the Characters in the books, and the story line followed perfectly. The only downfall is that they are not long enough to follow the story exactly. The music was wonderful and the people who did the movie knew exactly how to pull you in. Anaconda - A beast of a film

Advantages: Innovative plot
Disadvantages: Slightly tired genre
...a very large snake (an anaconda no less), with a very cleverly thought out plot and lots of frightening action with a slightly far fetched scene where the snake eats a man in his entirety (as snakes tend to do) and then spits him back out; the man is covered in digestive juices then winks before collapsing to the floor. I've watched the Lord of the Rings Trilogy so many times I know some of the lines by heart. It is officially one of the best movies I have seen made so far for this part of the 21st century. How could I not have this DVD?! ;)
People keep complaining about how long the extended version is, but I assure you its excellence completely makes up for the time. The effects are great, the acting is great, the script is great, the storyline is great, the ...
...I hear of Lord of the Rings; but I was so awed by this wonderful movie(not just Legolas ;) ) and I decided to do my research and watch it again and again. Each time I watch it, there's something there that I haven't noticed before, and it never ever gets boring.
