100 Aker Wood and Heffalumps
Review of Winnie the Pooh Hundred Acre Wood Play Gym by

Advantages: Can used in lots of different ways
Disadvantages: Not very much room
Winnie the Pooh Hundred Acre Wood Play Gym
Not another play gym? Oh yes, but this one is Winnie the Pooh! This three part wonder will keep your child entertained for hours.
***What is it?***
Well as you probably have guessed it is a play gym which is made form three parts. Different parts can be used depending on your child's ability. There is a mat which basically looks like it's meant to be a wood (the 100 acre wood most likely). This is a soft ... ...bottom. There are also the winnie the pooh characters such as Winnie the Pooh, Piglet and Eeyore. Eeyore's tail also lifts up. There are also butterflies and bees scattered all over the ring cover. There are lots of flaps which expose a variety of materials for the child and little activities for the child to do such as flowers with a soft furry material and soft toys such as Pooh. There is also a toy which squeaks and rattle toys. The arcs which ...

Cuddle and Play Gym
Review of Winnie the Pooh Cuddle and Snuggle Gym by
emmacat
Advantages: Can use as toys when child is older. Battery free mat.
Disadvantages: not entertaining enough.
Winnie the Pooh Cuddle and Play Gym.
This is a play mat that also doubles up as cuddle friends and a comforter.
Winnie the pooh is laid on the floor and lumpy and tigger attach to it by velcro on their underside. The only problem with winnie being on the floor is that it isn't padded and this meant we couldn't use it in our previous house due to having a wooden floor. The winnie the pooh can then be used as a comfort blanket when the child no longer ... ...is a Disney product. Winnie is machine washable in a pillow case with end tied closed. Wash in cold water with a gentle cycle and no bleach. Can also be tumble dried, still in pillow case on a low heat setting. It is 100% Polyester. Tigger and Lumpy are 12% Polythene Foam, 75% Polyester fibres, 5% Plastic Stiffener and 8% Polypropylene Pellets. They are surface washable only.
This is a great mat if you have a carpet or rug to place it on however ...

Great, if baby can reach!
Review of Winnie the Pooh 100 Acre Wood Play Gym by
valleygirl82
Advantages: Keeps child occupied and safe
Disadvantages: Small baby cannot reach toys
I first bought this product at Christmas time when my baby was 3 months old. I bought it for £40 from Argos.
It took a while to put it together and I must admit I needed a spare pair of hands because it did get quite fiddly. This play gym is brightly coloured as you would expect and I have put it in the wash a few times (I am not sure if this is actually recommended by the manufacturer). At first I was slightly disappointed because when my daughter ... ...any of the toys which hung above her. Even though the height of the toys were adjustable, they still hung too high for her to grab.
Since she was 5 months old, I have been using the blow-up ring. I have found this invaluable as I know she is safe and cannot get out. (Tip - to blow the ring up - use a footpump!!!). Even though she can sit unsupported she does tend to fidget and end up with her legs in the air! There aren't a great deal of 'bits' ...

Wecome To The Jungle.....
Review of Fisher Price Jungle Gym by
newby2
Advantages: a great long lasting toy
Disadvantages: none
Fisher Price - Jungle Gym - Rainforest 1-2-3.
When Jack was a lot smaller I bought this for him out of the Argos catalogue and he absolutely loved it. It cost just under thirty pounds at £29.99pence and because people had given us vouchers when Jack was born I don't think we actually had to pay anything ourselves.
I chose this particular one because I felt for the money it seemed like the best one available. There are all sorts of different products ... ...boasted three different types of play and detachable toys I opted for this one. It is suitable for children from very early on as the baby can be laid down and I think I put Jack on it from about a month old.
When you get the Gym it comes in a few different pieces which have to be put together and this was all pretty simple even if you decide not to use the instructions it is very straight forward but there are instructions if you get a little stuck. ...

Seaside fun at home!
Review of Ocean Wonders Rock and Play Aquarium Gym by
stais86
Advantages: Hardwearing, brightly coloured and fun.
Disadvantages: More expensive than most but worth it!
I had 2 baby gyms for my son when he was born, both were second hand from my mum who had used them with my twin sisers for a year before I had my son. I used this one more as my son loved it from around 3 months old! I think it is from birth but I would recommend putting a folded blanket or something similair on the bit baby lies on as the padding is quite thin and the base is made of plastic. Thereare 4 lovely little toys which have different functons ... ...hoops attached to it's 'claws' for baby to rattle, a plastic fish with a clear roller ball filled with little beads and 2 soft fish 1 rattles and 1 has a little bell inside, the fish are on long flexible bands the others are on solid sticks which can all be moved and slotted in 4 different places for baby to access them. There is also a large fixed round 'window' with fish' water and glitter which spin when it is switched on giving the effect of ...
