...the wrong address. I called Additions within 2 minutes of receiving confirmation that the item was going to the incorrect address . Rather than amending my existing order they "cancel" it and make me re-order. It must take a few hours to pick and pack any order, I dont understand why they cant stop an order before it is processed. One week later , guess what? I have 2 microwaves! One arrives in 2 days and the other takes 6 days to arrive so their ...

I ordered an electrical item from this co. and never received the product and then when I aked for a refund for the prouct that i never received they weren't very helpful....do not buy from them ....I called every day and spoke to different people and got different information and then when i asked them for clarification they had no clue. I was passed from one department to other and got no where even the managers weren't very helpful..I had to literally ...

...a variety of stores like Additions (Tesco and Argos also) and was appalled by the poor service from Additions. The delivery options they give you are very inflexible, and when I phoned to try to change arrangements or request a specific day it seemed the people on the other end of the phone have no more information than is on the website. I wanted to purchase a set of one table and four chairs but could not and they insisted I had to buy them separately ... ...experience I came across numerous people with no power to help and their unhelpful and rude supervisors on the phone. I would recommend you DO NOT buy any home goods from Additions as the cheap prices are not worth the hassle in my opinion. Stick with Tesco, Argos and Ikea! ...

Additions sells any kind of underwear from luxurious lace, wonderbra to sloggi, they even sell invisible support to a tantalising touch of glamour plus smooth stretch control and not forgetting brest enhancers.
