Ok so im your average self concious teen; and in particular about my weight.
I understand that i am not fat; (i am 5ft5" and weighed 9 stone 10 lbs before adios) but it still is not reasuring when you are chubby and have a pot belly; and have a twin sister that weighs over a stone less than me and a perfect size 8; and on top of that calls me fat. So now you see my reason for buying the product.
I have eaten very well all of my life (balanced meals, portion control, (well kind of; im a vegetarian), 5 a day; lots of water; at least half hour exercise ( well sometimes; other times i just had no motivation) so i can never understand why i weigh so much; and am not toned.
so after increasing exercise and banishing snaking ( which was never fatty foods anyway; it was just things like cereal; and stuff) and still seeing like only a loss of 1 pound after 4 months; i considered weight loss pills. Adios max was not actually my first choice in pills; i was still skeptical about whether weight pills would damage my health so i opted for the best selling ( expensive ( £70 for 2 months stock)) one called proactol; but was unable because they make payment very hard for people who don't have a credit card or cheque book ( as i am only 16 remeber) and i couldnt go to my parents to buy it for me because; well im just guessing here; but how would your parents react to you buying diet pills? so it was adios.
The instructions were not too clear; i did not know whether i should just swallow them; or crunch them up first for best effects. so i just swallowed them. i took about 4/ 5 a day instead of the 3 they recommended because i wanted more effective results.
I was not sure of my actual weight before taking adios; as my scales are rather ruff; but i recall weighing at a friends house; and it said 9 stone 12; ( but i was near my mentral cycle, it was the afternoon, and i had just eaten lots of sweets) so i cannot tell you exacly how much i lost from adios. But when i weighed my self again at my friends after under a month of adios; i weight 9 stone 7. BUT; it was the morning ( when you weigh the least; which is your actual weight) and i had just finished my menstrual cycle. But i would say maybe i lost about 3 pounds BUT 2 more pounds gain back on my bad days of comfort eating cereal ( bran flakes)
I did not increase the amount of exercise i did though; nore did i really change my eating habits; so my over all outcome of this product is that i think it does work; but more so in others and less so in others; it depends how much work you put with it ( ie food cut down; and exercise)
It does however give you more confidence to think that you have lost like 3 lbs hehe not sure why but us girls are always ecstatic when we lose even just 1 pound; maybe because it gives us the reassurance we need to keep going with the weight loss because there is progress.
