I have been fighting with my weight for many years, but last July i started do get down to it serious. I have been dieting on my own because i could not afford to go to classes and i couldn,t understand how an online club would help me because in my opinion its the going to weigh in that can give you that push not to cheat. Since last July i have lost over three stone but i wanted something just to give me a little help.After seeing the advertisement for Adios on tv i thought that these tablets could be the help i was looking for. Ok so im your average self concious teen; and in particular about my weight.
I understand that i am not fat; (i am 5ft5" and weighed 9 stone 10 lbs before adios) but it still is not reasuring when you are chubby and have a pot belly; and have a twin sister that weighs over a stone less than me and a perfect size 8; and on top of that calls me fat. So now you see my reason for buying the product.
I have eaten very well all of my life (balanced meals, portion control, (well kind of; im a vegetarian), 5 a day; lots of water; at least half hour exercise ( well sometimes; other times i just had no motivation) so i can never understand why i weigh so much; and am not toned.
so after increasing exercise and banishing snaking ( which was never fatty foods anyway; it was just things like cereal; and stuff) and still seeing like only a loss of 1 ...

Aaaah the promise of a magic weight loss pill! And one that is herbal so can do you no harm. Wouldn`t that be great? I know you are waiting for me to tell you it is a myth, are you not? Well let me tell you my experience and you make up your own mind.
After our usual Christmas feasting and drinking this year, my friend decided that she was going to join Slimming World and lose the extra pounds. All four of use were, what I would call, cuddly then.
