My wife says, "I would never buy any thing other than Admiral again", we have since bought a double door refrigerator, vacuum cleaner and dishwasher ... ...pleased to recomend this product to anyone.
some 3 years on and this machine is still getting a hammering and has never missed a beat. And no reports of bobbling? I also checked up on the warranty it covers the gearbox and other mechanical parts some 10 years and others 20 years and they will replace the parts free. but charge for the engineers time. Have had this machine for 6 years and have had the same probem with the unbalanced loads. It cost £150 to have it repaired 2 years ago and is now starting to do the same thing. I think the huge load capacity is great but it is rather hard on fabrics and I agree they do tend to bobble easily. It fills from the hot and cold water supply so has no heater to go faulty. Overall a good buy but may not buy another as it is bulky and I do not need such a big machine now the children have flown

...this because I have contacted Admiral today to arrange an engineer because my machine has become unbalanced and irrespective of the size or type of load, it goes crazy during the spin cycle. Admiral staff told me the machine has a one year warranty and Maytag machines carry a two year warranty.
