Advantages: Easy to use, amazing range of features

...I am a student studying Industrial Design so I purchased the educational version of Photoshop at the reduced student price, however it still has the same range of features as the non-educational version. This is an amazing product. Ok, so it costs a packet, but once we get past that Adobe have created THE best photo editing/graphic design package available. I use it mostly for presentation work, graphic design tasks and website design, and I havn't found a floor yet. The range of tool is amazing, I'm sure i'll never get round to using, let alone mastering them all but I'm glad they're all there for the odd time I might want/need to use them. The incorporate Adobe ImageReady is really useful for website creation and a great feature is the ability to create PDF files from a selection of PSD (photoshop image files) files. I admit... Since using this product for over 2 years my skills have increasingly developed through my knowledge on how to use the software and using other or famous artists as inspiration. Do not worry though, you may find the product hard to use at first but I assure you the 'Adobe help' function provides more help you need. Technically you can't get lost as it provides help with pretty much everything you need to know!... Read review
