    Being young myself and also enjoying more powerful cars, I have the age old problem of insuring them!! We all know that motor insurance is always on the up and most of us would probably just be as bold as to say, a complete rip off! How can they justify charging you the car's value, just to insure it for a year?? Well, the simple fact is that they do!     A company's service levels and customer care can only be established when problems are encountered and this is where this company falls far short. If you google the company all the good reviews just say they are good as they are cheap but look at reviews where claims are made or problems have to be resolved anf the feedback seems to be on the majority negative. Adrian Flux are good on price - however this is a false econmy. The customer service levels are far below what is required by the FSA.     Advantages Advantages Price, not afraid of high risk drivers, not afraid of non standard cars

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Poor service, expensive add ons, rude customer service agents, length of time on hold is horrendous

    Having a fault accident to my name, driving a group seven car, and being into modified cars at a young age all added up to one thing, Expensive Insurance! With this in mind I allotted myself one day last summer just before I bought my car to ring around getting some quotes. The first few were scary numbers, £3,200, £4,000, £3,700, and I began to dispair. Eventually I managed to get a quote for £1,600 from Adrian Flux which was considerably lower than all of the other quotes.     I have previously held a policy with Adrian Flux and must say that I found the whole experience of having a policy with them to be a complete nightmare. There staff were on more than one occasion less than helpful and I spent what seemed to be hours on hold on the phone attempting to get various problems resolved. I have listed below some of the main problems encountered: 1. Continuation cover notes were not automatically issued my Adrian Flux so I had to call them every 30 days until my certificate finally turned up some 3 months later. 2. 2 months into the policy I got asked to provide ... more

    I found Adrian Flux insurance about 6 years ago when 'searching for cheaper car insurance' and I've renewed with them every year since. As a broker they check their panel of 36 insurance companies (which could be why you are so long on the phone) and do seem to have the customer in mind when finding competitive quotes. With over a 100 different schemes the offer cover for everything from family cars to American hot rods.
