I have had the unfortunate experience of using Adrian Flux insurance services and I have had an absolute nightmare. It is a long story but after cancelling my insurance and many lost certificates and forms that were posted to them by registered post even though they claim that the person who signed for them did not work there. They tried to charge me for the period between cancelling my insurance to the date i had to physically goto their offices and hand them the lost declaration form which I had already sent 4 times previously along with my actual certificate. The cost the tried to charge me was originally £330 then they decided that as it was partly there fault they reduced it to £90. So why should I pay for there mistakes, they have no chance so i told them where to stick the £90 as i had already spent at least that amount ringing them over the 3 months.
So if you are reading this and considering using (www.adrianflux.co.uk) Adrian Flux then please remember that they are just an agent not an actual insurance company and are more interested in getting your money than offering any king of insurance service. They may be the cheapest but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Advantages: You can park anywhere! You get a suntan in a traffic jam. The obligatory smile.. Disadvantages: You have to be made of rubber to get into the car when the roofs up.
