A company's service levels and customer care can only be established when problems are encountered and this is where this company falls far short. If you google the company all the good reviews just say they are good as they are cheap but look at reviews where claims are made or problems have to be resolved anf the feedback seems to be on the majority negative.
Adrian Flux are good on price - however this is a false econmy. The customer service levels are far below what is required by the FSA. They have many hidden charges and if these are query or disputed cover is withdrawn with a very short notice period and if a full premium is paid large chunk is retained. I have used this company for the past four years however upto now it has just been get a quote and pay a premium.
Now I have encoutered a major problem with regarding my policy where they have ignored the terms and conditions as laid out by the underwriter. I have spoken to the FSA and Financial Ombudsman and having sought legal advice from a contract lawyer am taking legal action against this so called independent financial services company. They have stated in a letter to me from their customer relations department (with whom you can never speak) that they are in fact a collecting agent for insurance companies.
Avoid this company like the plauge otherwise you may be paying the lowest premium but as you may find like me you are paying for a product that is not worth the papaer it is printed on.
Please do a interent search and see what other people say not the paid ad links but what actual people say.
As I have stated even the FSA and FO found their conduct disgraful and hopefully in the long run the compensation that they will have to pay to me will punish them for their short comings.
