I strongly recommend that you do not take out insurance with this company. We cancelled our insurance with them over 3 months ago as my daughter wanted to be insured for the car but due to her age they would not insure her. So we cancelled the insurance and they said that they would send us the balance of over £500 within 5 working days, that was over 3 months ago. They said that they would send it on multiple occasions but to no avail. They appear to be a company that will take your money but if look out if they owe you any or you make a claim. We will be taking them to the small claims court.
The consumer program 'The Ferret' has already completed a damning report on them, I'm sure it will not be the last.

I hope your refund comes in due course, but I'm afraid the review itself doesn't tell me much more about the company, other than the fact that they don;t insure young drivers.
