Advantages: Don't have a bad word Disadvantages: None!
...this baby for £1100 like I did as I have the right contacts! But it is cheapest on savastore.com at about £1500. You can pay for it monthly but I decide to use student overdrafts!!! Vaio is expensive but I believe that if you want good quality you will have to pay for it. Plus I paid about£1000 for my old Vaio and this one has much better spec.

Size= the tower is 18.8 cm x 38.9 cm x 39.6 cm, which is quite tall but slim; I don't really see mine for it is under the desk.
Weight= a heavy boy at 15.5 kg! Although I'm not that strong but can carry it!
Processor= 1 x Intel Pentium 45603.6GHz. With HT (hyper-threading technology like they go on about in the adverts, basically makes it faster!) It's always got to be Intel Pentium, I wouldn't recommend anything else.

Advantages: ease of use, all round good starter system, Disadvantages: sometimes can be a bit slow if multitasking, front lights fail over time.
...at night but compared to my old win 98 system is really quiet, it is also a p43.6ghz which i beleive even 3 years later is still quite a good spec for general use. One drawback was that when playing big games or multitasking with music or video editors the system can slow right down. there are many ports on the back as well however soundcard inputs are very sensitive....
