The packaging sells the product as it gives you a good idea of what to expect. A thick, creamy chocolate taste with a bubbly and rich consistency. The drink lives up to the Aero brand and I love how light and 'bubbly' the texture is. The sachets are easy to use and I simply pour one into a mug and add hot (not boiling) water to it and stir. Using boiling water spoils the taste for me, and it is also easier to drink when it is hot! I love the taste and I have to say this is totally different to Cadbury's Hot Chocolate and is quite difficult to compare due to the contrast in texture.
Each serving contains 99 calories which I think is quite reasonable for this type of beverage. The ingredients are as follows;
Fat Reduced Drinking Chocolate (42.9%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Lactose, Dried Glucose Syrup, Thickeners (E415, E466), Salt, Milk Proteins, Flavouring, Stabilisers (E331, E340, E452)
The ingredients list don't inspire confidence that this would be a tasty beverage, but I can assure you it most certainly is! I have also included nutritional information for your reference and make it possible to compare Aero Hot Chocolate to other brands.

As I said previously the calorie count is quite reasonable but obviously the sugar content is quite high. Due to this I dont drink this very often as it can be quite sickly and bad for your teeth. The taste isn't too sickly, but if you don't have a particularly sweet tooth you might not like this drink as much as some. This drink can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet and in moderation.
The main point to note with this drink is the frothy top of the hot chocolate drink without the need to whisk or create it. Aero is a light and bubbly chocolate bar and so is the drink.
I drink a range of hot drinks throughout the day - especially at this time of year. Nestle Aero Hot Chocolate drink is available in a 12 serving jar, or in sachet form. I buy the sachets as I find it easier to make the drink and the 8 sachet pack costs around £1.99 with the jar costing a little more but you do get extra servings in the jar. Aero Hot Chocolate is available as the typical hot chocolate flavour, but also as mint hot chocolate very similar to the Aero bars. I prefer the normal version but have tried the mint chocolate drink aswell.
