London's infamous lingerie empire synonymous with seduction, pleasure, and provocation of more
the senses, introduces Agent Provocateur perfume, the fragrance. Developed by cofounders Joseph Corre and Serena Rees, the perfume encapsulates the raison d'etre of fragrance as a sexual attractant. Entirely feminine, Agent Provocateur perfume was created to remind us of the power that a sensual and unforgettable scent can command. We wanted to offer a perfect marriage of scent and seduction to make for one unforgettable experience, says cofounder Joseph Corre. Agent Provocateur perfume has notes of Indian Saffron Oil, Russian Coriander, Moroccan Rose, Egyptian Jasmine, French Magnolia, Ylang-Ylang, White Gardenia Flowers from the Comoroes, Amber, Virginian Cedarwood, Haitian Vetiver, Musk.
Each carefully commissioned story is written by strong new talent. They are chosen for more
their literary merit as much as their erotic content. Subjects covered in this collection range from hidden passion in a restaurant kitchen in "The Quiet One" through abrupt reprimands from the 'master' in "Your Smell Like Chocolate" to the initiation of young and very keen girl to the delights of fantasy and phone sex by an older man in "Our favourite Game". A heady blend of fantasy and reality bangs the drum for yet another twist in the development of the "Agent Provocateur" branded books keying in to the trend for memoirs of sexually license (following in the high-heeled footsteps of "The Story of O"; Anais Nin's short stories and "Belle De Jour: the Intimate Adventures of a London Call Girl" (Weidenfeld).
Stories are written by strong new talent. They are chosen for their literary merit as much more
as their erotic content - and most importantly - for their ability to turn women as well as men on. The themes in this collection range from "Ritual" a portrayal of illicit passion through "Afraid of the Dark" a tale of strange erotic experiences in a darkened room with a very willing onlooker to a raunchy threesome in trendy New York in "The Lecture" to a frank confession of sex in a crowded public bar in "Control".
Hot on the heels of best-sellers "Secrets" and "Confessions" come the next two books in more
the series. This work presents astonishingly good writing from new talent. Erotic fiction is the new growth area. It is part of the growing international brand. The story of V is anonymous for many reasons. The most important reason is to protect the identity of the subject of the story: a beautiful woman who has all she wants in life; a husband; wealth; adoring friends; a fashionable career; a loyal best friend - and oft-time lover; and yet she seeks insatiably to fulfil her sexual desires with other men (and sometimes women) putting at risk the life she holds so dear. The story is related by her best friend an anonymous male narrator who has been her friend since they met 15 years ago at university their friendship and loyalty is so strong that they often can be described as lovers. V constantly regales him with her sexual adventures sometimes to amuse sometimes to horrify sometimes (he suspects) to turn him on; which they do. He hangs off her every word often worrying about how far she will push herself and what she is risking and yet never judging her.Their relationship thrives on this unspoken complicity. And after all...sometimes she allows him re-enact her sex ploits...

Coming of age with perfume
Advantages: Well I'm totally addicted to it! Disadvantages: Expense, possibly too strong for some.
...first time I sniffed out Agent Provocateur's debut scent (this one - the imaginatively titled "Agent Provocateur") it was being worn by my friend Hannah. "Blimey!", thought the 4-years-younger-than-I-am-now me, "That's a bit strong! There's no way someone as fluffy and girly as me could get away with something like that! I'll stick to "O Oui" thank you very much. But isn't Hannah quite the seductress wearing something ... ...she took me to the Agent Provocateur shop. I was totally blown away by the place and left £150 poorer, thanks to the most amazing corset in the whole world, feeling like quite the sex kitten. Obviously, being the shit friend that I am, when we got back to Hannah's house and I was trying, glass of pinot in hand, to lace myself into the corset (handy hint: put the pinot down, it helps), I decided to try out the matching perfume on the sly. It made ... more
I'm becoming a little concerned that I am, in fact, marketing's wet dream. Now, I'm not talking about the marketing department in my office (although they do seem to like my shoes). No, I'm on about the fact that when I have money within around 10 feet of me I become very impressionable. Yes, I appreciate that everyone has a bit of this about them - we live in a consumerist society and all that - I do know this, I have a degree in philosophy and could probably bore you with consumerist society drivel for hours. My problem goes a lot deeper than most though, and how I came to purchase this perfume is a prime example of why it's probably a good thing that I don't earn more money than I currently do.
The first time I sniffed out Agent Provocateur's debut scent (this one - the imaginatively titled "Agent Provocateur") it was being worn by my friend Hannah. "Blimey!", thought the 4-years-younger-than-I-am-now me, "That's a bit strong! There's no way someone as fluffy and girly as me could get away with something like that! I'll stick to "O Oui" thank you very much. But isn't Hannah quite the seductress wearing something like that? I wonder who she's after...". Shortly after, Hannah got a job in Ann Summers and so explained the sexy minx side of her personality to all who hadn't noticed her perfume.
In short, I'd liked what I sniffed - a heady, spicy-yet-sweet and overpoweringly sexy scent - but thought I couldn't get away with it.
Since then, obviously, I've changed somewhat - my shoes are better, I've consigned the dodgy 80's neon fashion to the back of the wardrobe, I've got some Manolo Blahniks and some Lulu Guinness handbags and I've been wearing Chanel perfume. So when I went to visit Hannah the walking vibrator encyclopedia in Manchester a few months back, I demanded she took me to the Agent Provocateur shop. It made me sneeze. I fell over. It wasn't a pretty sight, and Hannah could smell a mile off that I'd nicked some of her perfume. Ooops.
Again, I was struck by the sexiness of the scent. Even if it was so spicy that it made me sneeze a bit at first.
Hannah, you'll be pleased to know, forgave me when I got her a pint later on, while we were on our way to a spectacular level of drunk. Ah, Manchester.
Then December came around. And with it came gift sets. And a pay cheque. And a nice lady in Debenhams who offered me a discount because I was nice to her. "What the hell!", thought the new me, the me with a £150 corset and parties to wear it to. In another shopping "accident", I came out of the shop around £30 poorer but with a sexy looking black box with a pink ribbon around it containing a 30ml bottle of eau de parfum and a bottle of delicious looking shimmering body moisturiser. The perfume bottle itself is an absolute beauty, in Agent Provocateur's trademark pink-and-black combo. It looks vaguely like a pink porcelain sex toy, with an unusual black ribbon on a clip contraption instead of a lid to stop it squirting all over your bag.
So, I'd caved. But where would I wear such an overtly sexy perfume? Well, the answer is - everywhere! While it is a very strong perfume upon application, and can feel overpowering at first, the scent that stays with you all day is very very wearable, whilst also being incredibly sexy - this perfume actually puts a wiggle in my walk.
The science bit - what's in it? Why does it make my bottom wiggle when I walk (that's wiggle, not wobble - it wobbles without perfume)?
Well, I've already mentioned that this is a spicy scent - this largely is due to the saffron oil used in it. Saffron, as i'm sure you know, is an incredibly expensive spice, and the oil is not easy stuff to obtain. It does, however, add a woody, spicy and long-lasting quality to perfume.
Along with the saffron, we have coriander (yes, I know - odd. But this helps to keep the perfume fresh-smelling), jasmine (a powerful aphrodisiac) and vetivert (which, according to aromatherapists is good for finding love and being lucky - it's also known as the oil of tranquility).
All this adds up to a very distinctive and sexy scent, which puts a naughty smile on my face and a swing in my step. My only complaint would be that with all those aphrodisiac qualities I should be wading through men... and I'm not. But if you believe, like I do, that perfume is all about the way it makes you, not others, feel, then you could do a lot worse than giving this a try...
...just try and see past the sneezing.
The money bit - how much is it when you're not a scab and tricking shop assistants into discounts?
According to www.agentprovocateur.com you're looking at £66 for a 100ml bottle; £46 for a 50ml one and £65 for the "ménage a trois" set of 3x25ml handbag-sized sprays (next on my wish list). As with all perfumes, though, it can be found on offer occasionally, so look out for it.

Review of Agent Provocateur Eau De Parfum Spray for Her
Advantages: Gorgeous, quality underwear, attractive site Disadvantages: Poor service, site difficult to navigate
...would SO like to give Agent Provocateur a good review. Their underwear is quite simply gorgeous, good quality, and appeals to both men and women. Agent Provocateur are a famous name in underwear. Their prices, though, are at the higher end of the underwear scale - £40 for a pair of knicks?! They do not have a huge range, selling mainly lingerie with sidelines in hosiery, fragrance, beauty products, jewellery and CDs. The website is a stylish flash ... ...When I try ordering from Agent Provocateur, I always seem to run into problems. This was apparent the first time I ordered online. As postage was a hefty five pounds, and orders are supposedly dispatched the next working day, I was expecting to receive the underwear in the post within a few days. Instead I had a phone call to say that the items I'd ordered weren't in stock. I was disappointed, but said that I was happy to replace the items with others ...

Advantages: Long lasting, unique Disadvantages: pricey
...she said it was the Agent Provocateur she had got me for Christmas. I really liked it on her. I started to wear it myself and got MILLIONS OF COMPLIMENTS! More than from any other perfume I've worn before and I've worn some beauties!
The perfume I am reviewing here is simply called Agent Provocateur eau de parfum. Just in case you are not aware Agent provocateur is a top end lingerie company so their fragrances are defiantly sexy. It was AP's first ... ...notes to the perfume include: saffron oil from India, Egyptian Jasmine and Vetivert from Haiti amongst other exotic elements.
It comes in 100ml, 50ml, 3x25ml and 25ml. The 25mls are designed to fit nicely into your handbag.
There are loads of other products which complement the fragrance. There is the bubble bath, The body cream, body lotion (which has pinky/gold light reflecting particles in which makes skin look gorgeous!), dusting powder, silk ...

Advantages: so strong that a small bottle will last for a long time. Disadvantages: over powering if you spay on to much
Agent Provocateur fragrance is a modern classic combining saffron oil from India, coriander from Russia, Egyptian Jasmine and Vetivert from Haiti amongst other exotic elements. I read the above description in my catalogue and thought well at £28 a bottle I will give it a go so I did it only took two days for delivery and I was full of anticipation when it arrived, I removed the external packaging to reveal a black box with a small rectangle cut out ... ...and through this small hole you can see a pink bottle which wrote in beautiful writing says "Agent Provocateur " along the middle, upon opening the black box there is a feminine pink porcelain egg shaped bottle. A silver spray & black satin ribbon embellished clip complete the package. I was very impressed with the seductive appearance and packaging of this perfume.
Once I took the perfume out of the box and removed the ribbon from around the neck ...
