Ahava Purifying Mud Mask

Advantages: Smells nice, dries out spots, skin feels soft afterwards
Disadvantages: Your boyfriend will be put off for life!

...I had read alot of good reviews about 'mudd mask' and toddled off to Superdrug in the hope of finding it. However, they didn't so I settled for this one which was a very very reasonable £1.49. Naturally at this price I assumed it was rubbish, however I was pleasantly surprised. PACKAGING *************************** Superdrug mud mask comes in a rubbery plastic tube which has a large enough cap that you can leave it upside down to let the contents settle at the bottom. The packaging is White with brown writing and and brown cap (or different colours depending on the other variaties - sensitive is green I think). Whilst not exactly looking luxurious, the packaging makes the product appear practical and useful. You also get quite a reasonable quantity. Advantages: Leaves your skin looking radiant.
Disadvantages: A bit pricey but well worth the money.

...This mud mask is made with natural ingredients, so will not irritate the skin, even sensitive skin which I have got. When applied to the face it has a lovely scented smell that is not too overpowering, and once applied to the skin, you can feel the product working into the skin. The mask dries easily, but does not go too hard like some mud masks do, so you can make facial expressions a lot more freely, and dont have to freeze your face for hours on end. When I took the mask off I could see instant results, the mud came off really easily and was not too messy like some mud masks can be. After taking the mask off, my skin looked glowing and as my skin is quite shiny on occassions, it had got rid of the shine, so my skin looked positively radiant. ...I like this mask a lot. I've used it before You can buy it in a small sachet I just apply a thick layer of the mask and then keep it on for 10 minutes I usually wash it off with water or wipe with a towel and fresh water as the mask really moisturises as well. My skin feels fresh, clean and soft when I use this mask and I can use it once or twice a week. Twice a week is better as it really cleans the skin deep down and is good for my active lifestyle. Applying it in the night before I go to sleep makes me feel refreshed and relaxed as well and is good and the nutrients in the mask stay on overnight. But I sometimes use the mask before I go out as well as it is great for a pick me and smoothes and tones my skin before I add make up. It's good for travelling and cheap and I can take a couple of sachets for a holiday or 1 for a few... Read review
