My wife and I both work for a mobile phone company and we purchased the z600 as our newest edition to the family. I personally think the sound quality on the phone is poor. The plastic look is now really starting to rile me. However the polyphobic ringtones are good and I find the camera more than adequate for taking pictures and use it on Ebay for example. The menus are ok I suppose but personally when I want to get a number I get the menu option and vice versa as you need to press down for one on the cursot and across for the others. The clamshell design is very rigid feels secure i.e. not going to fall part when you open it. However the dreadful sound of a click is heard when opening which is quite loud meaning a discreet call is out of the question in a public place. ...

than this Z600 could ever dream of! The Z600 is terribly difficult to keep still (maybe the lightness of the handset means it gets buffed by the wind...?) and the result is smudgy grainy shots. The colour quality of the camera is poor too and what? No zoom? I also hate the way you cannot store pictures in seperate folders. This is bad if your snap is something you don't particularly want your nephew/child/grandmother/boss to see when they're flicking through your handset's functions! The fascias are a long time coming through-I want a diamante encrusted one and at this rate will have to make my own. However I guess that's just me being a big girl about it!
All in all the Z600 is an excellent camera phone and great for those of you who, like me, are simply biding your time until the 3G handsets with video mail get slimmer and sexier ...

I am writing an opinion about the aiptek pocket dv 11 but as this and the aiptek pocket dv are more or less the same and i could not add the specific product i thought i would do it here
I have recently aquired one of the dv 11 from america and it arrived safely but i would warn anyone who gets it shipped over there is a £40.00 surcharge when it gets here for vat so whatever the price is in us dollars add $60.00 to it and this will be payable before they hand over the package
The camcorder and all the software cost $149 plus $36 for shipping and $50 for the smart card which was quite cheap £153 but then you add the $60.00 as well and it cost £193 which is still a reasonable price with all that is on offer
