Aiptek PocketCam 3M

Advantages: Very reasonably priced, quality photos, comes with tripod and case.
Disadvantages: Slow shutter speed, the flash reflects white if using indoors.

I bought my PocketCam for £79.99, I was blinded by the 3 mega pixels, the tripod and the price. I somewhat regret the purchase now though. It was intended to be an upgrade from my 1 mega pixel Kodak digital camera, which was great but the picture quality was not up to scratch so I purchased this one and proceeded to take photos, it was during the day and they all came out great with no problems. The next time I used it was indoors in the evening the flash reflected off everything light or white so the pictures where terrible, after much adjustment with the settings I managed to take a few good ones but these varied as to how much light was in the room. And whether the flash was set to auto or not. The other thing I found was that the delay the camera took to take the actual photo was about 2 seconds therefore any photos of moving ...

The big mega pixel

Advantages: Easy to navigate, great camera, good battery life
Disadvantages: Screen scratches easily, no answering machine

like to use, or use the T9 dictionary. When using the dictionary most of the time you get different words that can be spelt but it gives you the option to change the word just by scrolling down a list. Also if you turn the phone on its side you can use a normal keypad a bit like a keyboard on your pc. Once you are used to the touch screen the messages are really easy to use. Another thing I like about this phone is that when you receive a message, if you do have pretty bad eyesight as I do you can enlarge the message by using the volume key. The only thing is you can?t enlarge messages as you are writing them. Camera: This phone has an 8 mega pixel camera, you have far too many options in this phone to run through them all but there is so many options to change things, like the flash, focus mode, you can even set a scene, i.e. portrait ...

Review of Samsung M8800 Pixon

Aiptek Pocket Cam 3M. Real Value for Money

Advantages: Easy to use, real value for money
Disadvantages: only 3M

This is our first digital camera purchase and we found it really easy to use. Also, the price is excellent for a 3M camera. Perfect for my daughter to use at college with her photography course. Also great for any non-professional use, as good quality results for a 3M camera. We had no problems setting the camera up for the first use and no problems finding out what the different functions were. Only disadvantage is the fact that it is only 3M, but that is far outweighed by the overall value and quality. My neighbour's son, who is just ten, used the camera without any help, even though he has never used a digital camera before. I would give this camera at least eight out of ten for overall value for money, ease of use and quality of pictures. ...
