Bought camera from Lidls's for around £80. The package included quite a few goodies such as batteries, charger, plastic table tripod and some image editting software but I was disappointed in the quality of pictures produced.

Maybe it is because of the size of the aperture or the quality of the lens but pictures taken in good light are slightly fuzzy and those taken in poorish light, even with flash, are just not acceptable. The flash "whites out" anything close enough to be discernible.

The size, weight and robustness seem to be OK but it looks rather cheap. Well, it was cheap, i guess.

Before this camera I had an Agfa e307 for several years. Even now, although it only produces images of 640x480 pixels, it knocks spots of the Mega3 for picture quality. Sorry, Aiptek.

On the plus side, it doubles as a webcam, a data storage medium and a small movie camera.
