When a friend told me about her spray on tights, I thought she was kidding - however a quick glance at her legs revealed she was serious!
Air Stocking is a spray on self-tan in the form of a powder spray, which comes in four colours - natural, terracotta, bronze and coco, which all look like varying shades of tights or stockings.
I usually don't dare to bare my legs to the world unless I have tights on, but this spray has given me the confidence to do just that this summer, which means I have been able to stay nice and cool in a skirt and feel the wind on my legs! It's much pleasanter than wearing constricting tights, and has the added advantage that you don't have to worry about ladders or toe seams.
You simply hold the can a few inches from your legs and spray, and then rub in evenly. Unlike all the self-tans I have previously tried, there are no streaks whatsoever. It rubs in very easily and evenly, and is simple to apply even to the backs of your legs without help. It takes literally two minutes to apply, so it's very convenient and easy to use.
The best thing about Air Stocking is that it is totally waterproof! You have to literally scrub it off with soap in the shower, or it simply won't budge - which means it can last for several days in a row.
The finish looks great - with the lighter tones it just looks like you have perfect, flawless legs! It doesn't come off on y our clothes either - even if you don't wait for it to dry properly, it doesn't mark or stain. I usually spray with a towel on the floor, and any missed spray washes out of the towel with ease.
A can costs around £25 but it will give you 30+ applications - which is a lot of pairs of tights! Although it seems expensive it's great value for money when you think of it that way, and I can't really fault it at all. I don't buy a lot of beauty products, but this is something I now couldn't live without!
This sounds genuinely bizarre! Think I'd rather bare my bruised and battered legs. I can't believe something like this actually works! Great title by the way. x

Isnt it just cheaper to buy new tights ? I got the most gorgeous shiney tights from primark 50p lol & also some really soft black pairs 3 pairs for 50p you cant beat it
