I then attempted to book a car. Firstly I when direct to Dollar quoted £500 plus for two week car hire. Next I tried Hertz quoted £420. Finally tried the Airline Network quoted £416, to rent a Dollar Car, which after phoning was added to my outstanding invoice which I will be paying by cheque. I first turned to MyTravel (Airtours) web site - no flights available. Then I tried Thompson flights available cost £619 to Sanford Airport. The I used Yahoo to find suitable flights and was directed to Airlines Network, with who I booked flights for £478. They were able to find flights that allowed me to fly from Manchester Uk to Orlando via Philadelphia and to return from Tampa via Philadelphia to Manchester. I will be flying with US Airways. Watch out for my opinion of US Airways later in the year.
Note the only draw back with the Airline Network was that they charge 1% to use a credit card.

I have used Airline Network twice before with satisfactory service. On this occasion I tried to amend flights that I had booked through the company. I was surprised to find that the cost would be equal to a new ticket. Customer service were not very helpful and they said they were unable to change the ticket. Contacting the airline direct I was informed that the company were able to modify the ticket, but had chosen not to. I have discussed this ...

I have used Airline Network twice this year. Once to book Car Hire in Orlando and Once for a Hotel in Orlando. My car hire plus insurance was cheaper than the 'free car' plus insurance from airtours and cheaper than booking with Dollar Car direct! I also have booked for 3 weeks in the Crowne Plaza hotel for a cost of £42 a night which beats all websites including Crowne Plaza's own site. You will not be sorry when you take a look at the site to see ...

...to me. I tried Airline network and managed to find 3 tickets to South Africa with no problems. I decided to telephone and not only were they very helpful, they actually managed to get me even cheaper tickets than the ones showing on the internet. I flew with Virgin direct for less than £1000 and that was for 3 tickets. I got my tickets delivered within days and I even took out travel insurance with them and that was also cheaper than other places.

Advantages: None Disadvantages: DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE
Recently bought a airline ticket through their website. I was stupid to trust their website which advertised that the flight has no stops. After i bought the ticket my friend said that the same flight was advertised by expedia which explain that the flight has 2 stops!!! Inaddition the price was cheaper in expedia!!! Never again will i buy another ticket from Airline Network. They also charge a heafty surcharge for credit cards and a compulsory £5.00 ...
