Advantages: punctuallity, price, convenience

...is towards the front, as passengers normally grab the closest mask which in this case, would be the passenger behind you's mask. Dont be frightened by this I am still here to speak about it, so in short, I feel the flight deck crew, did what they had to do and did it well, end result landed safely. Advantages: helpful staff

air france are a growing airline that will easily find customers in the future . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . As a family I recently went to the U.S.A FLYING WITH AIR FRANCE. My first first impressions of the airline were poor due to the lack of speed in which we had to get checked in. we were told to arrive at a certain time and when we did we had to wait over half an hour because no one was at he check in desk the of course built up ...
...found the air attendants to be helpful and refilling our drinks often the planes were basic except a touch screen entertainment system which gave us the ability to watch 12 recent films four of which were french and 4 tv series repeating it self over and over again! The journey was conformable and pleasant. Air france also supply champagne for the longer journeys!!! I must say that our baggage was also lost on way. other people have had this problem. ... Wizzair - Jizzair

Advantages: None as they cancelled the service that I paid for
Disadvantages: They cancel flights without informing customers, leave you stranded with no way of getting home

I was due to fly back from Poland, Katowice airport on 24th July 2008 - as normal I always check on the internet for delays etc. On checking flights out of Katowice to Belfast I could not find my flight and decided to give Wizzair a call and unfortunately was on hold by telephonic robot for over an hour at a cost of £1.00 per minute. At this stage I was very angry and decided to call Belfast International airport who kindly told me that Wizzair had ...
...the 17th of July. I was devastated, I, my heavily pregnant wife and my 2 year old daughter were left stranded in Poland and had no way of contacting Wizzair. I looked on the internet for alternative flights and they were a fortune - the best I could do was to fly from Prague the following Sunday, 4 days later and a 5 hour journey by car. I have since sent multiple emails to Wizzair and have had no response. I would not recommend this airline to anyone ... Read review

Horrible customer service - never ever again

Advantages: relatively low cost
Disadvantages: service, especially after-sales service

I had the most negative experience with my luggage. They lost it somewhere, and no one informed us what happens next on the arrival. Then we had to queue for almost an hour to complete the forms at the airport, and were told they will call us back. For three days, no one called us, and I had all suits for business meetings and all my cremes etc in the lost suitcase. When tried to call their customer service, I was always put on hold for 10 minutes, ...
...have no information available. It was 2.5 months ago. Since then, they found the suitcase, and I have sent 6 letters to their customer service claiming compensation - and they didn't inform me that I am eligible for compensation to start with. The issue is still unresolved, and I am very very very stressed about it. Will never ever use the airline again. ... Read review

The Flying is Also Easy

Advantages: Cheap, not RyanAir
Disadvantages: nothing major

I have flown EasyJet twice - once to Italy and recently to Ljubljana. Range of destinations: EasyJet only fly within Europe, obviously, but their range is pretty good. They were the only budget airline to fly to Ljubljana. Punctuality: I have to say we were delayed both on the way out and on the return to Ljubljana. Both delays were relatively minor (less than an hour) but unless your idea of fun is in fact sitting around in an airport departure ...
...All planes were in a configuration of 3 seats, then the aisle, then 3 seats. Space is not great, but not bad for the price paid. Colour scheme was less orange than I expected. Overall, I would certainly use EasyJet again as they can rarely be beaten on price. ... Read review
