My family and I went on aThompson holiday which used their own planes fly. We were treated very well but the seating was very tight. Our son was eight so did not have a problem but for adults, any more than a few hours and cramp set in. We felt sorry for people with young children because of the room issues. Disadvantages: bad service, expensive, old aircraft; unhelpful staffs

...of time, I never fly Qantas unless I have no choice. I'm a frequent flyers member and I have flew with them many times and any times always have some problems. So for my conclusion: 1. The service is slow and inefficient. 2. The staffs are rude and unhelpful. 3. The aircrafts are old and not clean. 4. Nothing is premium except the price! A very Pleasant airline

i travelled on jet airways afew weeks ago and was very impressed. i flew from heathrow london to amritsar india. i had my doubts at the start of our journey as we took off a hour late, i was preparing myself for a very long flight but i was pleasantly surprised. We arrived in india within 7 and a half hours, this was pretty good going. The inflight experience was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful. As far as i know all jet airways ...
...seat in front of you. Theres a wide selection of movies to choose from, they really helped make a long journey seem not so long. We were given two main meals during the flight, one eveing meal and breakfast, on our return journey we again got two meals and snacks. Dangerous if travelling with small children

Not child friendly! Be warned if you are travelling with small babies steer clear of this airline. This is the only airline I have used that does not preboard families travelling with small children, despite what they claim on their web site. I travelled with my wife and 3 month daughter to Porto last week. We were actually boarded last! The pram was taken away at the boarding ramp, but in Porto no one could tell me where to collect it. ...it had been ripped apart. The return journey was even worse. To top it all they actually charge for infants, unlike Easyjet, BA, Ryanair -- or just about any other airline or travel operator. I was disgusted with our treatment and feared for my daughters safety. We had to ask twice for a seat belt for her. US Airways - inconsistency at its best!

...to describe my experiences with US Airways would be 'mixed bag' as in the last 3 months I've really had my highs and low's with this airline. The highs would be £700 + free round trip and luxury hotel accommadation in Manchester but the lows would be stranded in Philadelphia, stranded in Detroit and waiting 14 hours for a flight you were booked on, about to take off and still didnt make it. But I'll start at the beginning... July 23rd, recently ...
...this lead my opinion on US Airways? Surprisingly I'm still a fan. Off the UK ranbranch of the company. They were superb in handling the over bookings and their hospitality was sublime. My experience of Philadelphia was torrid but Detroit staff were much more pleasent. Ultimately the trip was still amazing and if it wasnt for missing the warped tour I would have been content. To conclude, just have your wits about you when booking with US Airways. ... Read review
