Advantages: Nice easy to set up compact system Disadvantages: Difficult to programme
...This isn't the most up to date compact Hi-Fi system, but if you manage to find a second hand one at a decent price (maybe £50/60) it's certainly worth it.
Firstly it looks really cool! Like most of Aiwa's Hi-Fi's it's silver, but it doesn't look tacky.
It has your standard single tape deck and CD player, both of which work fine, although the tape deck is a bit old fashioned and cannot be operated by the remote. The CD player has a flip lid, not one of those ones that you press a button and it shoots out. This is fine, as long as you don't mind not having the hi-tech looking one!
This hi-fi also has three band radio. The only problem I've had with it is that it is not the easiest Hi-Fi to programme radio stations into. It's difficult to re-order stations once you've already programmed them in, or delete ones later on. This means...

Advantages: Great features, reliable, good speakers and remote... Disadvantages: None
...INTRODUCTION - THE PURCHASE
A few years ago now I had finally decided to make the step from cassettes to CDs. ...I purchased this unit through QXL. It came as a package coupled with an Aiwa ADC - M60YZ 6 disc changer. ( The multi changer broke down and had to be returned twice ).
The radio unit has been extremely disappointing, reception is fair but don't expect it to hold a signal in weak reception areas. Performance is weak, unable to handle anything stronger than light pop. The CD unit is 'buzzy' and annoying. The display is flahsy and cluttered, even distracting at times. It has recently begun to cut out during operation and needs to be reset to work again.
I've recently replaced the unit with a Sony CDX L550 and already a marked contrast in performance can be noticed.
In short, poor performance, trashy looks. Avoid...

Although I use this camera for my artwork at school, I would porbably not reccomend it for any particularly porfessional photography. It has 6 mexapixels which I found perfectly sufficient for everyday use.
The film quality was also quite good, but... more

The hardest thing about buying a new appliance, is getting use to all the things it can/can’t do, that your old one did. Yet after three months with my HOTPOINT FDW60, I’m still having teething pains, and miss my old dishwasher more
