Advantages: small, tidy, good sound quality
Disadvantages: feels cheap, not rechargable

...I got this little gadget for £39.99 for a counselling course, where I need to be able to record "practise" goes (with other students!). So, it needed to be discreet, have good sound quality and I wanted to keep the voice files on the PC to review later and work out how I'd progressed. Manufacturers say you can record up to 480 minutes long play on this, but I've not tested this! It's quite flexible as you are able to store files in three separate folders plus one that will put a specific recording in a specific date for you - perhaps to remind you to do something. Software loaded easily and is very self-explanatory. The only thing I would say is that if you need to transcribe from the recording - letters and memos for example - the software is not adequate. Disadvantages: many flaws in product by epson and currys not good

...in the box) the button to move ink to its possition so you can change ink doesnt stop where it should so i had to block it using a ruler to stop it where i could change ink/. instructions via website arnt clear eg click maintenace tab ( from where?? doesnt explain how to open the software to see this tab) currys should label boxes with the day they ship them to the uk from china so consumers can see how long a products been in a warehouse...our ink was totally dried out how long does this take to happen i wonder?? . theres no printed instructions book ( my epson 480 from 2001 had one..this is really bad of epson not to give a printed guide), new ink got some lines of documents to print but missed others..it prints random lines of say a full page of text leaving out some lines..bad maybe print heads clogged?? currys didnt do an in store demo...
