Aiwa XR-H560MD is really good stereo and did'nt cost me an arm or a leg either. With 260 PMPO power behind it, It fills the largest of rooms well and has a deep ambient bass. The unit has many features such as Kareoke, echo, bass boost as well as many sound effects which change the bass and treble levels depending on what type of sound you want to emulate. The unit has a double tape deck, a three way CD changer and a mini-disc player. Its easy to use interface and using the remote is like stealing candy from a baby (dont quote me on that!.) I picked up the unit and speakers for around £200 which in my book is a real bargain for the quality of soun it produces and the amount of features it contains. Good old fashion value for money.
