...very good amplifier for home users - you can connect other products like video dvd player , satellite reciever , tv , etc..... , the main problem for me is the digital sound output connections they are just 2 connections one for coaxial and the other for optical - some times you need more to connect ur devices and to solve this problem you need to connect multi output ( one to many ) the second problem : is with the poor small speakers comes with dpl570 i think its better to change the default speakers i prefer to use large speakers 50 - 100 watts each and try use speakers with tweeter for center - you can build your own speakers... ...Firstly, let me say that AKAI are an excellent brand who have been manufacturing high quality, good value for money electrical products for many years. However, although AKAI was a well known & popular brand in the UK in the 90's, best known for it's high quality excellent value VCR's, it has been largely absent from our stores since then so this DVD recorder is a long awaited product in the UK that will hopefully re-introduce the brand back into our highstreet! I have owned AKAI products for many years, as long as I can remember, and I have always found them to be of an excellent high quality standard, very easy to use with many new and advanced technologies and great value for money.
