Advantages: excellent torque and performance and excellent chassis Disadvantages: riding position can be a strain after a fir bit of miles on a trip
...speechless. In fact my dad rides a Suzuki GSXR-1000 K2 and he went out and bought an Akrapovic straight after he heard the difference between the stock exhaust on mine and then the aftermarket Akrapovicexhaust...
Since I have bought my Kawasaki I have added a steering dampener, braided front back brake lines, AkrapovicExhaust, smaller number plate and smaller indicators.
I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with this bike and feel I definatly made the right choice over all the other 600 on the market. The close second choice for me was the 2003 to present version, Honda CBR 600RR......

Advantages: Powerful, fast, good looks Disadvantages: heavy, long reach and long legs required
...of the bike. I took the first exit and decided to open the ZX up. The acceleration was mind blowing. Up to 4000 rpm the engine pulled. From 4000 rpm to 10,000 rpm it pulled like a freight train, and there were still around 3,500 rpm till the red line! So it's possible, but not for more than 100 miles.

There are loops either side of the pillion seat under the fairing which are hook-on points for cargo nets and the like. They are welded to the subframe so are very secure. I've carried bags on the back seat for many...
