Advantages: excellent torque and performance and excellent chassis Disadvantages: riding position can be a strain after a fir bit of miles on a trip
.... In fact my dad rides a Suzuki GSXR-1000 K2 and he went out and bought an Akrapovic straight after he heard the difference between the stock exhaust on mine and then the aftermarket Akrapovicexhaust...
Since I have bought my Kawasaki I have added a steering dampener, braided front back brake lines, AkrapovicExhaust, smaller number plate and smaller indicators.
I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with this bike and feel I definatly made the right choice over all the other 600 on the market. The close second choice for me was the 2003 to present version, Honda CBR 600RR......

...I bought a KawasakiZ750 back in 2004 new when they were first in th UK. I'm used to having big 1200cc bikes, and was a bit sceptical about buying, but the shop gave me such a good part ex on my older Honda 1200, I could not resist. The first thing you notice about the Z750 is how well it's made and the attention to detail, it's every bit as good as Honda's and BMW's. All these systems are road legal and don't require any changes to the jetting.
The rear monoshock suspension is still working happily despite the bike covering 36,000 miles. I'm hoping it will last another 10,000 before I replace it with a Hagon unit. I'm still on the original brake lines as well although the brake fluid has been replaced.
As far as upgrades go, I've fitted...

Looks, build, ease of use:
I brought this camera as an upgrade to the EXZ30, due to a substantial amount of overtime coming my way just lately. It cost £168 at Amazon and is fantastic value for money. My camera is the black version, which I have to... more
