...Bon Ami sink cleaner from Alaris Avenue on the website; the first time I had used them. I got an immediate acknowledgement email and it arrived two days later. The Post Office had done their best to flatten the padded envelope, and one pack had burst in the envelope so it was unusable. Bon Ami is really good stuff even if much more expensive than supermarket powder sink cleaners (but without the scratch marks and residue left on the surface). I wasn't ... ...Avenue to ask for a replacement; I got an instant apology and a promise to send one out that night; and sure enough the next morning there was the box with the replacement.
