FEATURES ==========
This is what shocked me the most, I brought my Philips DVD player because it offered, Playback on VCD's, MP3 Music CD’s, and Picture CD’s along with stranded DVD play back.
On the Box and Manual all it says is it plays DVD movies, Kodak picture CD's and MP3 and Audio music CDs, I decided to try VCD's and Super VCD anyway and was shocked to find they worked but what’s more is it plays data DVD/CD’s so if you just put some mpeg videos on a disk and burn it as a data file it will play which I found really good. Not even my Philips DVD player could do this. So I have got a better DVD player and less then half the price.
It has Zoom feature so you can make the picture bigger or smaller if you wish, You have up to 16x fast forwards, rewind, This dev player offer DTS and Dolby digital, It has a PIN function so you can choose to have a pin depending on the age classification of the movie. You can make a slide show with your picture CD’s and choose the slide transactions useful if you have guests over. The picture quality is great and so id the sound.
DOWNSIDE ==========
The only thing that let this down was not having a LCD display on the front but it is not to much of a big deal as the remote has a button to show the Running time etc on the top of the screen.
OVERALL =========
Overall This DVD player is great for a bedroom or a living room as it is small yet stylish, it offers more than other brands Their is also a way to watch movies from America on this and to do this all you have to do is hold 1 while the American DVD loads and the movie should start with out the menus only thing is there is a small clock in the corner that cannot be removed with is not really noticeable.
I recommend this DVD player so if you are thinking about getting a better brand just check if it offers as much as this.
Thanks for reading Hope it helps you make your mind.
