I always use a conditioner on my hair, it just does not feel good if I have not used one. At the moment I am trying to grow my hair. I often grow it and then have it cut short. It has been shorter for some time and so a change is on the horizon, if I can stick it out with the messy stage of growing hair longer lol. Pomegranate for your hair Today I'll review a conditioner by one of my favourite haircare brands. It's the Anti Oxidant Pomegranate Conditioner by Alberto Balsam. Shopper's appeal I've already tried out quite a few Alberto Balsam shampoos and conditioners and was always happy with them. I always tend to go for the cheaper brands these days (every penny counts!), with me finding some real gems in the process too! I have become a compete convert to the “alberto balsam” range, with my daughter and me having now used almost every “flavour” available within the range! So when a new scent comes onto the market we just have to try it! My daughter always favours the shampoo’s (which I do let her choose, as long as it isn’t the blueberry one! Bleuhh!), with he conditioners being my thing, so when a “pomegranate & grape seed” one became available it of course went into the basket….well ... more

I bought this product together with the Alberto Balsam Pomegranate shampoo, as where possible I like to buy matching hair care products. I'll be honest, the main motivation behind the purchase was the price, as the Alberto Balsam range is very cheap and although I don't find them to be the best products ever, the majority of the time they do the job to a decent enough standard. The conditioner comes in a clear bottle with a black flip top lid. There's a picture of a pomegranate on the front, and although I doubt the packaging would win any style awards, it's perfectly functional. The product ... more
