Advantages Smells lovely, price
Disadvantages Doesn't lather very well
This shampoo is actually used by my 3 year old daughter as we needed to find seperate shampoo and conditioner for her as her hair grew and as she is pink daft she chose this one. The Shampoo tends to retail at £1 a bottle however I have seen it all over on 4 for £3 offers recently. The sun kissed raspberry shampoo is for normal / dry hair and has juniper and chamomile extracts and claims that it "gently cleanses, revitalises and moisturises and it strengthens with pro-vitamin B5. I'm not sure how I would describe the smell of the shampoo, it doesn't smell like raspberries to me but it does smell fruity. The bottle holds 400ml and is a clouded pale pink in colour with a black flip top lid at the top. The hole in the flip top lid is quite big so can be easy to pour too much shampoo out.
Directions for use are - wet hair, use a good sized dollop of shampoo, lather then rinse thoroughly. On my daughters hair it seems as though the shampoo struggles to lather up at first but this could be to do with her hair being very thick and therefore hard to actually get soaking wet. I have found that we have to use more of this shampoo than others we have tried but as it is cheaper that isn't really too much of a concern for me. The shampoo on its own leaves my daughters hair tangled and she does need to use the conditioner along with the shampoo. When dried her hair still smells of the shampoo not too strongly but just enough to smell freshly washed and her hair is nice and shiny. This is a nice shampoo when used with the conditioner but she couldn't use it on it's own.
