I have been gelling my hair up in a messy spiked style for two years now, and I could never get the effect I really wanted when my hair got remotely long. This all changed, when about two weeks ago, I bought this for £3 and thought, I need to try something new. And by gum, it does exactly what it says on the tin (or bottle)! Being a teenager I have been through ludicrous amounts of gel in my time. None however have stood out as much as this one. I bought this gel because there was a buy one get one free offer on at tesco and I am quite impressed. I put it into my hair damp as i have usually just come out the shower. I use a blob about the size of a fingertip and rub it into my hair. It rubs in easily and evenly without leaving too much on your hands. This is a decent enough hair gel that I sometimes use but is not my first choice when purchasing hair gel. It has a strong hold that lasts for a fair few hours on your hair but is quite sticky and has too strong a smell for my liking. It is not an unpleasant smell by any means but it is strong enough to partly mask any eau de toilette or after shave that you are wearing. I think I paid around £1.90 for the last 150 ml tube that I bought which is good value for money and definitely a lot cheaper than some of the more heavily advertised expensive brands.
