If you want something that is in a decent price range, then i must recommend this product to you. It is extremly good value for money and I don't think you will find a better product. It is the type of product that will last you years, it has some supurb features and the specification of this product is excellent. I would certainly say that this item is good value for money. Advantages: No waiting to see results - those you don't like you delete.
Disadvantages: Only an 8mb card comes as standard - not enough to last your holidays.

...I have been using my camera for just a month now and am smitten! Up until now I have been the traditional 35mm freak, but now I have put aside the Pentax, mothballed the Minolta and zapped the Zenit! I have gone digital! The 240i has a high resolution of 1.3 million pixels and a choice of settings that will enable me to take photographs suitable for use on the web, up to producing an 8 X 10 print - plus options to take pictures in black and white or sepia, to add a border, add a date stamp. Then there is the 3 X optical zoom, the 2 X digital zoom and the ability to focus as close as 0.25m. Supplied complete with 8 X AA rechargeable batteries and the charger, and a soft case the only slight niggle is the size of the CompactFlash card - 8Mb.
